INTRODUCTION

Sometimes people get into very difficult, and emotionally trying situations, as a result of a FAST―or, rash―decision that they make.

It is better to be at peace―to stay in the “peace zone” than to go ahead―even if it looks good!

This can be a trick of the enemy to get you in bondage and mental duress.

Lots of times people are emotionally distressed because of such uncertain behavior: going ahead of God!

This teaching will help you know WHAT to do if you are bound and have lost peace―that is, you have become emotionally disturbed―as a result of “going ahead of God.”

DON’T LET CONFUSION GUIDE YOUR DECISIONS

  If you’re NOT sure … then don’t!

  Do NOT make rash decisions.

  This is one of the greatest lessons I have learned in life.

  Stay in the “peace” zone!!!

When you feel pressured to do something … if you do NOT have peace about it―WAIT―do NOT go forward.

It is better to be at peace―to stay in the “peace zone” rather than to go ahead―even if it looks good!

This can be a trick of the enemy to get you in bondage and mental duress.

Pray about the situation. Do NOT let people, even friends, coerce you or persuade you to take action IF you do NOT have peace about the situation.

I promised God one time that I would never do anything, or take action concerning anything, that I was NOT sure about.

If I had a question about the situation, or if I did NOT have peace, I promised God that I would NOT go forward.

The reason I made this promise to God was that I got into a very difficult, and emotionally trying situation, as a result of a FAST―or, rash―decision that I made.

Lots of times people are emotionally distressed because of such uncertain behavior: going ahead of God!

Nothing can bind you if you will follow your heart and listen to God.

I am going to tell you WHAT to do if you are bound and have lost peace―that is, you have become emotionally disturbed―as a result of “going ahead of God.”

>>> First, PROMISE God that you will NEVER do anything again unless you have peace about it. That is, you will make NO rash decisions. God loves you, my friend, and He does NOT want you bound by unwise decisions and actions. He paid the GREATEST price―the gift of His Son, Messiah Yeshua―that you could be FREE!

>>> Second, ASK God to turn the situation around and smite Satan through it, and give you a BLESSING in spite of what you have done.

Ask God for mercy. Read Micah Chapter 7, verses 7 thru 10 in the Tanakh (the Hebrew Old Testament).

>>> Third, give a GIFT to God. As a result of God turning this situation around, and for His mercy and kindness in restoring you, promise God AHEAD OF TIME that you will give him a certain, specific gift … or that you will take a certain, specific action of love and/or sacrifice as a GIFT to Him.

>>> Fourth, THANK God ahead of time―and every day―for His deliverance that He is going to show you. He WILL show Himself strong in your behalf IF YOU are sincere.

I trust this teaching will help you, my friend. I learned the SECRET I have shared with you the HARD WAY. And through the years, I have seen the manifold mercies of God as a result of what He taught me―even through my RASH decisions―even decisions that looked good, or that other people thought were good, but that I did NOT have peace about when I made them.

Yes, stay in “the zone” where you experience continual freedom: the “peace zone.”

Once there, stay there … don’t let anyone or anything get you out of the zone.

INTRODUCTION

The LORD has been impressing me for some time to teach on this very insidious subject.

I have hesitated because―even though I believe in true Biblical deliverance―I have seen some “weird” practices (and practitioners) through 50 years of ministry.

Thankfully, there are many valid and Christ centered deliverance ministries today.

However, as we approach―and are at the entrance to―the End Times, I must obey the LORD and share with you an almost UNrealized (and UNtaught on) strategy of the enemy.

I thank the LORD for how and when He has used me in deliverance for others at times.

It is my prayer that this teaching will protect YOU from a very subtle “tool” of the enemy.

BEWARE ‒ THE SNAKE SPIRIT
PROTECT YOURSELF

“Their poison is like the poison of a serpent;
They are like the deaf cobra that stops its ear.”
– Psalm 58:4

There is a snake spirit some people have (even some who call themselves Christians).

It manifests like this: A person will involve you in conversation … sometimes over a period of time … then (while coiling and slithering around in a wily manner) in an instant they will strike YOU with a demonic anointed utterance of a lie about someone. This is a “tool” of the enemy designed to burn into your human spirit and mind. It is a venomous attack to poison your mind and human spirit.

The approach―and the attack (the strike)―can be in communication by means of writing, or in-person, or by phone.

The person who “carries” this venom does so … usually … by means of a result of something that influenced their psyche during childhood and causing a sense of inferiority, or rejection (even though hidden on the surface).

NOTE:  The person who is used to “strike you” with this venom may be a friend, a relative … or a minister.

They will normally approach you with commonalities or niceties. However, inside lurks a desire to “strike” … and that desire may have been planned or programmed for a while. What I want you to be aware of is this:

THE VENOMOUS STRIKE IS TWO-FOLD
IT STRIKES YOU WHILE STRIKING SOMEONE YOU LOVE

In doing so, while they are attacking another person (whom you regard, love, or have relationship … even one who has died), they are attacking YOU, also … at the same time.

There may be several underlying reasons for this poisonous behavior:

1. Hatred (hidden) or jealousy;

2. Protectionism (of themselves with regard to others … maybe a person related to YOU);

3. They try to destroy YOUR relationship with the one to whom THEY are connected … OR a person with which they would like to be in close relationship (but shut out);

4. Subtle attack (usually a lie or gossip) about other(s) but the main goal is to hurt YOU.

So what must YOU do? First, you should make it part of your daily prayers for God to give you discernment over people, things and situations. Secondly, if you feel, or discern, that you are being―or have been―the victim (recipient) of a venomous attack, you should:

1. Apply the BLOOD of Christ to destroy the venom in your mind and human spirit.

2. Forgive the “carrier” of the venom.

3. Confront the “carrier” or the one who attacked YOU and the OTHER victim.***

       *** The LORD may lead you to NOT confront the attacker. (Pray to find out.)

Notice, the “carrier” of the venom usually does NOT … or will NOT … acknowledge the LIE. However, this will help “distance” the snake spirit in the future. Do NOT be bitten twice!

Many of you studying this teaching will realize that you have been a victim of such an attack in the past. You will also realize the “depth” and the “hurt” caused by such venom. You may even experience mental pictures caused by such a diabolical scheme of the enemy.

There is healing in recognizing WHERE and HOW this poison entered your system. Now, I want to pray for you.

“Father in Heaven, in the name of your Son Jesus I loose deliverance and healing in the life of the person who has been injured by the “snake spirit” … and I minister restoration through cleansing of their mind and spirit by the BLOOD of Christ shed on the cross.

Be healed in the Name of Messiah Jesus!

HEALING THE EMOTION OF SHAME (PODCAST READY)

Guilt is a reality. Shame is the emotion that tries to paralyze you because of guilt!

Isaiah the prophet tells us, “For your shame you shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess the double; everlasting joy shall be unto them.” (Isaiah 61:7)

Shame in the passage above is the Hebrew word “bosheth” which means both the “feeling of shame AND the condition of shame . . . as well as its cause.” It can also include “confusion.”

But the GOOD NEWS is that God loves you, and when you relinquish the cause of the guilt in your life to Him, He will turn it around. You will be able to rejoice when the LORD has brought healing into the situation that produced the reality of guilt!

If that shame has been imposed upon you by other people, God will even turn it around and bless you back with DOUBLE [Hebrew “mishneh”] for the trouble and the confusion that has been caused.

Historically, this passage refers to Israel and their desolation of many centuries by foreign [gentile] powers; and their final deliverance, with the result of festivities, joy and blessing as part of Messiah’s reign when He returns. However, the principle embodied here is a universal principle of God: just as much as gravity, sowing and reaping, and laws of physics such as the displacement of water. However, to activate this principle, it must be appropriated by faith! It is a promise from the God of Israel.

There are many examples of shame experienced by people of God in the Bible. None of us are perfect: that’s why we need a Savior! Abraham sold his wife two times. Moses killed a man in anger. David committed adultery and murder. Peter denied Messiah three times in one night.

We see that Adam’s shame was manifested in hiding. In Revelation 3:18, Jesus admonished the Church at Laodicea to “. . . buy of me white raiment, that you may be clothed, [so] that the shame of our nakedness does not appear . . .”

There are several types of shame:

• Adamic shame

• Inherited shame

• Actual shame

• Imposed shame

Every one of these types of shame may be remitted, or canceled, by the atonement of Christ. The BLOOD of Christ paid for you and your sins, and provides healing for shame.

The verdict of guilt, whether real or imagined, is shame. It may be something inherited from Adam (who brought sin into the world as the federal head of the race); or it may be something inherited from ancestral, or family lines.

It may be actual shame, resulting from an action you have initiated. And . . . it may be psychological shame . . . real or false shame that people or demon spirits have tried to impose upon you, resulting in oppression, rejection, physical or mental sickness, and lack of production.

Jesus Christ bore your shame. Hebrews 12:2 tells us that our Lord Jesus despised the shame of the cross and his nakedness thereon, but went through it because of the JOY set before Him: that is, He saw YOU able to be made whole and to know God, with your sins forgiven and having eternal life, as the result of His sacrifice.

Jesus despised shame . . . and He despises it in YOUR life. He died for YOU so that you do NOT have to carry shame. He carried it for YOU!

He is alive to remit guilt and its resultant shame from your life today. You can appropriate the healing in His shed BLOOD for you by calling on Him today. Pray and ask Him to deliver you.

You can get back up . . . because He got back up!
